Peopel have been telling me to get into modeling. I’ve looked up on it but a lot of girls were wearing ALOT of make up and I get a rash wearing make up plus I dont like it. I can wear mascara and lip gloss but that about it. Are there natural beauty Models?

Hello. Most fast food restaurants have their nutritional information available on the Web. But the time to look it up, the interest in doing it and the access to a computer would all be issues…

The real question is why don’t more families cook…food expense has a lot to do with it but buying fast food is actually more expensive, even if you buy the Williams 8 piece dark or McDonald’s chicken nuggets all the time….

Another issue is simply knowing how to cook and teaching your children to like cooked food.

Interestingly enough, this is becoming a problem all over the developed world, and not just with Black people. Even Japanese mothers have trouble somtimes keeping their kids away from the fast food….

People need to grow some food and herbs, cook, and eat what they cook….

This would help obesity issues, immensely. Oh and being active and making exercise a PRIORITY, the way Mrs. Obama and my family do…

I am gradually transcending into a completely natural diet, for the wellness of my health. Raw milk is illegal in Arizona, horrific they can do that, what else can I turn to, to get my daily dairy fill 100% naturally!?
The only raw milk pasture they have in Arizona is not organic, and interstate sale of raw milk is, illegal.

The next best think to raw cow’s milk is:

Lightly pasteurized, nonhomegenized milk that is also organic (no hormones or antibiotics administered) from pasture-fed, free-roaming cows.

Check out your local farmer’s market to see if you can find such milk. If not, then maybe you would want to try homemade almond milk? You take soaked almonds and blend it with water and some dates, then strain it in a cheesecloth. It’s pretty simple. The only downside to that is that all U.S. almonds are being "pasteurized" (a safer-sounding word for IRRADIATED).

Also, store-bought almond milk (like Almond Breeze) is not healthy because it contains many artificial additives and I believe sugar as well. Not healthy in my book.

I’m sure you can find raw milk cheese though, right? I know that as long as the cheese is aged for a certain period of time, like 90 days, it is legal to sell it raw because the bacteria is said to be dead by then. I found raw milk cheese at Whole Foods here in NYC where it is also illegal to sell raw milk. So I’m sure you can find raw milk cheese in Arizona. Check Whole Foods next time you go.
