All natural diet, what do i do when it comes to dairy!?

I am gradually transcending into a completely natural diet, for the wellness of my health. Raw milk is illegal in Arizona, horrific they can do that, what else can I turn to, to get my daily dairy fill 100% naturally!?
The only raw milk pasture they have in Arizona is not organic, and interstate sale of raw milk is, illegal.

The next best think to raw cow’s milk is:

Lightly pasteurized, nonhomegenized milk that is also organic (no hormones or antibiotics administered) from pasture-fed, free-roaming cows.

Check out your local farmer’s market to see if you can find such milk. If not, then maybe you would want to try homemade almond milk? You take soaked almonds and blend it with water and some dates, then strain it in a cheesecloth. It’s pretty simple. The only downside to that is that all U.S. almonds are being "pasteurized" (a safer-sounding word for IRRADIATED).

Also, store-bought almond milk (like Almond Breeze) is not healthy because it contains many artificial additives and I believe sugar as well. Not healthy in my book.

I’m sure you can find raw milk cheese though, right? I know that as long as the cheese is aged for a certain period of time, like 90 days, it is legal to sell it raw because the bacteria is said to be dead by then. I found raw milk cheese at Whole Foods here in NYC where it is also illegal to sell raw milk. So I’m sure you can find raw milk cheese in Arizona. Check Whole Foods next time you go.

Hope this helped.

Raw apple juice is illegal in MA.. cause of parasites.. 200 year old mill was just closed down last year cause of it…

Well anyway.. as long as your insurance is not responsible for parasites and you sign something to that effect.. then go for it.. just suck right off the cow or goat. whatever you prefer.

Dairy is totally unnatural. How did our ancestors get their dairy??? They didn’t. We drink HUMAN milk for a short time after birth. It is the industry that tells you that you need it to be healthy. You should wake up to that point. There are plenty of milk substitutes. Rice Dream is good, tastes like rice crispy milk. Also almond milk. They have vegan cheese which I actually like. Usually you need a special store though as the big stores are still banging the drum for milk products.

The majority of people on our planet are lactose intolerent and cannot drink milk. They survive just fine without it. There are other drinks you can use in place of milk, but don’t expect them to taste like cow milk: Hemp milk, Almond milk, Rice milk, Soy milk. (I’ve read in several articles that soy milk should be limited.)
