Sequel#4. Before the Phil. tech was conceived, I did some research at the institute of Phil. Volcanology in 2000.If arable lands were destroyed by many factors like volcanic eruption, war, expansion & other human activities, such circumstances created less carbon cycle, nitrogen cycle, water cycle & organic matter cycle. Now, with so much carbon freed (from plants & soil), this naturally increased CO2 in the atmosphere, giving food abundance to new plantations in other regions. But plantations are not immune from change of seasons. At extreme conditions, they stop taking CO2 & stop releasing O2. They become retarded & stunted. Some dehydrated & dried and then burned. Then another group of CO2 waste gas is emitted and so on. As such, I disagree with bravgul’s premise that "there is 600 times as much O2 as CO2." This statement is similar to EEA’s findings that O3 pollution (staying for days) was the cause of deaths in Europe – 3 months after my notice of temporary loss of O2. I again responded that the finding was wrong because O3 immediately ascends in milliseconds & could not stay long below since O3 is lighter than O2 and O2 is lighter than CO2. Excessive O2 is also a poison to organisms and hence, O2 should not be more than CO2. The fact that UN-IPCC claimed rice lands emit more CH3, indicate that we have low concentration of O2. The fact that scientists claimed CH3 is hovering in the sky for 12 long years, means that we don’t have enough O2 to neutralize them. The fact that a 2nd or 3rd hole in the ozone layer has appeared, again we have no adequate O2 to produce O3. The fact that bird flu & other respiratory diseases have increased, it showed that organisms have low resistance due to inadequate O2 consumption (i.e., to strengthen immune system), These are proofs that the world is experiencing temporary shortage or loss of O2. Without helping earth to reproduce more O2, we cannot repair our glaciers, calm down storm surge, prevent quakes & eruption and so on. The Phil. tech was created to make wasteland to arable & fertile, to promote continued cycling of carbon, nitrogen, water & organic matter, to strengthen immune system, to rebuild farms, structures caused by disasters, etc. I portrayed it as a super technology. It has the philosophy of "BE ONE OR UNITED WITH NATURE IN ORDER TO PRESERVE LIFE." The tech allows people to live & let live against putting people back to primitive days without technology and putting economy to a standstill. In one of my letters to the 33 embassies, I ranked decay microorganisms as the 1st source of CO2 emissions, agricultural activities as 2nd, animals/birds/insects as 3rd, man as 4th (all thru respiration) and transportation & industries as 5th. Why decay microbes as first? The moment agricultural fruits & goods are harvested, CO2 emission begins from farm to market & market to home. When wastes are thrown, molds are made so fast because one gram of wastes could geometrically reproduce one billion of bacteria in every 10 minutes (scientific fact). And every 1 billion of decay bacteria can produce 1 billion of CO2 per 10 minutes or a day. Sacrificing the 5th to favor Kyoto Protocol is a fraud because the treaty was made based on faults & blunder on sciences by UNEP. The treaty is a crime against humanity, having killed already so many people.
No, It is just a stupid idea.
Is Kyoto Protocol a fraud?

Sorry did not understand all of your post But lived over the pond when Kyoto was all the talk,it was ”we lead on this follow our lead We care” I know it was all they talk of Now nothing I remember one old guy on the sky-train in Bangkok went off on me ”You Americans are destroying my earth” I knew at the time it was complete B/S
They also said at one time the E U gives more in aid than America I told them it was B/S ”It’s a fact we have the figures right here” B/S was not more than a few months latter a E U commissioner exposed them They were including loan forgiveness and not counting what private American citizen give When the E U talks it’s best to pay them no mind Their envy well destroy them

Not exactly. But the main objective of Kyoto protocol is to reduce GHG emission. But Kyoto is deviating from its objective. Most of the PDD are just like a thum rule. Not exactly reducing the amount of GHG as mentioned in their PDD. So commercially it is successful.

I should have said 600 times as much in the atmosphere. There would be at least 30 times as much if you included the oceans. My only point was that is a number that dwarfs what humans can influence unless we change the amount of life. Increasing plants should increase photosyntheiss which should convert water to O2. CO2 should increase life so that is what I was expecting.
I agree with your general opinion about Kyoto. More O2 would probably be nice but I am not so sure we would have much luck trying to change it. We spend trillions pumping carbon into the atmosphere and even when it is at such a lower concentration, we only increased it something like 40% assuming that the increase is from humans. . Maybe if we start large scale electrolysis of water, we might increase the O2 one day. That probably won’t work because the hydrogen fuel needs to eventually react with the oxygen created. I suppose they might fly dirigibles and that could increase the O2.

Don`t worry, Obama will try to sell us out if we don`t stop him. But at the same time he is doing all he can to reduce his own carbon footprint, see the following action he is taking this very weekend.

Short answer – yes.
China, Brazil, Mexico and other developing countries are excluded from compliance, and China has passed the US as the largest "polluter".
The US Senate voted 95 – 0 (unanimously!) to NOT pass Kyoto. Why? It would destroy our economy.
The cost? $14.5 trillion – that’s 100% of three years of continuous domestic output that will have NO effect on GW.
