ahah, the way to … ahah, the way to stop stressing your neck is to keep it elevated. look up at the celing as your doing the workout and that should alleviate any neck pain
its because your … its because your suppose to focus on your abs and let them burn.. you feel so much pain in the abs that you use your neck to ease it.. which is bad for your neck and a waste of your time because your not gaining anything from doing it wrong..

i dont fell hurt on my neck or back so i think you have to practic technique
you have to focus on your stomach and neck need to be relax

Really enjoyed this … Really enjoyed this work-out. Just started… but I have to say that you still feel ur neck. No matter how much I use my core/abs to lift my body and do the “curl”. Even though the trainer says “No stress on the neck” … but you can’t really help it. Especially in the beginning.
you should rest at … you should rest at least once a week, do it 3 days in a row and rest one day and like that, thats what ive been doing for the last 2 weeks and i can realy see the diference , also work other muscles do pushups ull see a big diference in a motnth or 2
i’m not an … i’m not an instructor, but i’m pretty sure u have to let the muscles rest for a day; you don’t need to force yourself… meanwhile, while your abs are resting, try other muscle groups .
of course. not just … of course. not just your abs, but your whole core is probably the most important group of muscles you could train. you need a strong core to help maintain good posture and other everyday functions
yes. your stomach … yes. your stomach will get slimmer by burning fat which is caused by burning more calories then you intake. and doing ab exercises will help tone those muscles
no matter which … no matter which muscle group or which exercises you are training, you should give that a day to rest. best results are also achieved with variation. you can do this routine for 4-6 weeks but then change it up with something else
No that is bad. You … No that is bad. You are working that muscle to much! I know it’s frustrating and you just want to do it like a million times a day and get quick abs but unfortunitly that’s not the way our bodies work Try doing leg, arm or “bun” excersises! Patience is a virtue:)
