really impressive … really impressive Nick………i can see you doing a tour of US high schools and giving advice about diet/keeping fit. They would look up to you…….you’re a real inspiration m8 !!!

If it is hurting on … If it is hurting on a specific exercise, than try an alternative.. Dumbbells, barbell, or machine (including smith press). If it still hurts, it could be your form and technique. The front raises hit the front delts in a different way, but they are most definitly better than nothing if your cuffs are really giving you issues.

YOU LOSE… I had said IN THE VIDEO, I did not HAVE heavy enough dumbbells, but was just demonstrating… You try and try SO hard to find SOMETHING to bring down in EVERY video.. and you FAIL EVERY TIME…. Seriously dude.. I would block you, if you weren’t paying me everytime you viewed my videos to leave a nasty little comment….
Nick, you’ve … Nick, you’ve obviously had results from the way you train and eat BUT if you’ve ever heard of TUT (Time Under Tension) You’re natural you need a muscle to be under tension for 40 – 70 seconds per set it will improve your results massivly!
